You are an example of a true "Professional". You just catered to my 40th birthday at the 11th hour on October 1st. I heard about you on the Monday before my party, gave you the details on Tuesday and all was perfectly done by the coming Saturday. The desserts looked amazing and tasted just as good. Thank you, thank you for contributing to a great celebration.

| Jill was so amazing! We were all set and had our wedding cake already booked when one month before the wedding our bakery went out of business and referred Jill to us. At first we were very nervous and hesitant because of the situation but after meeting Jill and tasting her cake flavors we felt like we got a even better cake than we would have originally. She was able to deliver on such a short notice to help us out. I am sure this is not a normal practice but willingness to help in such a desperate time was amazing. We were getting married at the El Cortez on June 11th 2011 and were wanting an exact replica of the El Cortez and I would say she came through in a major way. The cake looked great, tasted great, and was an exact match. Thank you Jill for everything, you helped us to start out our marriage in the right way. |

I know that Kelly will soon be sending out thank you cards, but I just wanted to let you know that the wedding was absolutely beautiful. Every aspect of the wedding and the reception really glorified God, the short Easter sermon by the pastor, their rings attached to Kelly’s grandmother’s Bible, the weather, even the cake. We had so many compliments on the cake, saying they had never seen one like it before. Kelly had chosen those words from I Corinthians in the Bible. The guests told us the cake was not only beautiful, but was also delicious. Thank you for making my day so much easier and my daughter’s wedding extra special.

Words cannot express my gratitude for the most amazing cake. The end product was beyond my expectations. Not only was your cake the center piece of our party, but also the most talked about item that afternoon. And to top it off - it tasted WONDERFUL. I saved the top tier and just cut into it this evening (3 days later!), and it still was fresh and delicious.

Thank you so much for the beautiful cake. Everyone thought is was beautiful and it blended perfectly with my flowers. The day was wonderful.
My husband, it sounds so strange to say that, couldn't get enough and he does NOT eat sweets. In fact, he had seconds last night and ate his for breakfast this morning (this is a man who eats oatmeal 365 days a year).
Others at the restaurant asked who made the cake and my sister said it was better than any cake she had ever had from Gloria's, which they have used for years.
